Commercial Property Management has become a specialised field with vast legal implications.  The need to have your property managed by a professional property management team is now more important than ever.

As Registered & Certified Personnel, Commercial Property Managers must act within the guidelines of the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000, the Property Law Act, the Trade Practices Act and various Acts relating to the nature of the occupant of the premise business. i.e. knowledge of the Retail Act etc. We offer you thoroughly informed and trained staff in all aspects of the relevant legislation to provide peace of mind to you as the owner.

Responsibility is placed on the Managing Agent of your commercial investment and failure to adhere to relevant guidelines can attract harsh penalties to either the owner or the managing agent.

Agents involved in property management (and owners who manage their own properties) must possess a thorough working knowledge and understanding of this Act, as well as others relevant Acts of Parliament.
