Tenancy Application
Each person will be required to complete an Application Form and provide sufficient documentation to meet a 100 Point Identification Check.Please refer to the Tenant’s Information Guide for further information.
Repair Request Form
If you require maintenance of any kind on the property you presently rent from Ray White Sunshine Coast Group, please complete our Tenant Repair / Request Form.
Should maintenance be of an emergency / urgent nature, please contact an electrician or plumber as per the terms and conditions of your tenancy agreement.

Notice of Intention to Leave
Please complete the Notice of Intension to Leave Form and ensure your property manager receives it at least two weeks before the date you intend to leave.
